We've established the following code of conduct to ensure all members enjoy this exceptional environment.
Equipment Care: Please treat all equipment with respect. Return weights, medicine balls, and other equipment to their designated areas after use.
Cleanliness: Wipe down all equipment after use with the provided sanitizing products. This includes benches, machines, mats, and handles.
Personal Items: Store personal belongings in the lockers located in the lobby or in the cubbies. Twenty2 Fitness is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
Food & Drink: Water in closed containers is permitted. No food is allowed in training areas. Use the designated areas for consuming any supplements or refreshments.
Studio Space: Help us maintain our premium environment by keeping your workout space tidy and respecting the physical space of others.
Privacy: Respect the privacy and personal space of other members. Our studio values discretion and confidentiality.
Communication: Maintain appropriate volume levels for conversation. Be mindful that others may be focusing on their training.
Personal Conduct: Abusive, threatening, or harassing behavior toward staff or other members will not be tolerated and may result in immediate membership termination.
Personal Hygiene: Wear clean, appropriate athletic attire and footwear. Strong perfumes or colognes should be avoided.
Cell Phone Usage: Phone calls should be taken outside training areas. Photography or recording is prohibited without management approval to protect member privacy.
Appointments: Arrive 5-10 minutes before scheduled sessions to prepare. You can book up to two time slots per day based on your membership. For private training, 24-hour notice is required for cancellations.
Shared Equipment: During busy periods, be mindful of time spent on equipment and allow others to work in between sets when appropriate.
Trainer Guidance: Follow your trainer's instructions regarding proper equipment use and exercise technique.
Feedback: Communicate openly with trainers about your goals, limitations, and preferences to optimize your training experience.
Training Focus: To maximize results and respect the time of your trainer and other members, minimize distractions during your session.
Medical Conditions: Inform staff of any changes in your health status, injuries, or medical conditions that might affect your ability to exercise safely.
Emergency Procedures: Familiarize yourself with emergency exits and procedures. Report any injuries or incidents to staff immediately.
Substance Policy: Use of alcohol, tobacco, or illegal substances before or during training is prohibited on the premises.
Illness Consideration: If you are feeling unwell, please reschedule your session to prevent the spread of illness to other members and staff.
Proper Form: When uncertain about exercise technique, consult a trainer rather than risking injury.
Minor Supervision: Members under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian at all times. Parents/guardians must sign all waivers and are responsible for their minor's adherence to all facility rules.
Membership Credentials: Do not share your access credentials with others. Allowing non-members access may result in membership termination.
Booking System: You can reserve your spot in advance through our booking system for all studio access, classes, and training sessions. Book up to two slots per day based on membership allowances if you need more time in the studio.
Guest Policy: Guests are permitted only by advance arrangement and must be always accompanied by a member.
After-Hours Access: Members with 24/7 access must complete the mandatory safety orientation and agree to use the facility responsibly.
Security: Do not prop doors open or allow unauthorized access to the facility anytime.
Authorized Areas: Members only have access to the Lobby and Studio areas. The Reception Desk, office spaces, and warehouse areas are strictly off limits. Entering unauthorized areas without a trainer or staff member present is prohibited and may result in immediate membership termination.
Retail Products: Taking any dietary supplement products or retail items that are on display is strictly prohibited, as they are available for purchase only. Violations will result in immediate membership cancellation and removal from the facility.
Parking: Park only in designated areas and respect all signage postings. There are 4 spots available in front of the building marked with Twenty2 signs, with additional open parking on the side and back of the building. All parking is first-come, first-served. Parking on the street is strictly prohibited and may result in your vehicle being towed at your expense.
Access Privileges: Private training sessions include complimentary Fuel Station access with their trainer. Other members may purchase additional access or other a la carte option.
Self-Service: Members must create their own drinks and clean up afterward.
Cleanliness: Wipe down all surfaces and equipment after use. Dispose of waste in appropriate containers.
Equipment Care: Use blenders, coffee machines, and other equipment according to posted instructions.
Designated Products: Only supplements with tester stickers and coffee pods in their designated storage containers may be utilized for self-service. Other supplements are available for purchase - please ask your trainer or a staff member for assistance.
Ingredients: Use only the provided ingredients. While personal food items should not be stored in the bar area overnight, they can be consumed. Twenty2 Fitness cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment; members with allergies should be aware of potential cross-contamination risks and use equipment and ingredients at their own discretion.
Consumption Areas: Enjoy smoothies and coffee in designated areas only, not near training equipment.
Containers: Use only spill-proof containers when taking beverages into workout areas.
Guest Access: Members may share smoothie bar access with guests on a one-time basis with prior management approval.

Non-Solicitation: Members may not conduct, promote, or solicit any business on the premises without prior management approval.
Personal Training: Only authorized Twenty2 Fitness trainers may provide personal training services in our facility.
External Services: Distribution of marketing materials or solicitation of members for external services is prohibited.
Feedback: We welcome constructive feedback about our facility and services. Please direct comments to management.
Dispute Resolution: Any concerns about other members or staff should be brought directly to management's attention for resolution.
Damages: Member shall pay for any damages to Twenty2 Fitness property or equipment which results from willful or negligent conduct. This includes but is not limited to damaged equipment, broken fixtures, defaced walls, and compromised security features.
Security Deposit: Twenty2 Fitness reserves the right to require a security deposit for certain membership types, which may be applied toward any damages caused by the member.
Photography/Recording: Photography or video recording within the facility is allowed. Never photograph or record other members without their explicit consent. As a studio member, you give consent for Twenty2 Fitness and its affiliates to photograph or record and use those images and recordings in any marketing efforts.
Social Media: When posting about Twenty2 Fitness on social media, please respect the privacy of other members by not including them in photos or videos without permission.
Music Devices: Personal music devices are permitted with headphones at a volume that doesn't disturb others. Personal music is not permitted unless given permission during classes or training sessions.
Mobile Phones: Keep phone conversations brief and at a reasonable volume. Take calls outside training areas whenever possible.
Wearable Technology: Fitness trackers and smartwatches are permitted but should be secured to prevent injury during exercise.
Water Conservation: Turn off the water completely after use in sinks.
Waste Reduction: Minimize paper towel usage.
Energy Efficiency: Turn off lights in unused areas and report any equipment that isn't functioning properly.
Reusable Items: We encourage you to bring reusable water bottles rather than disposable options. Reusable sweat towels are also available. When you are finished with your session, put them in their respective bins.
Sustainable Products: Twenty2 Fitness prioritizes environmentally friendly cleaning products and materials whenever possible.
Direct Communication: Members are encouraged to speak with management directly about concerns, suggestions, or positive experiences.
Satisfaction Surveys: Periodic surveys will be conducted to gather member feedback and improve our services.
Complaint Resolution: Complaints will be addressed within 48 hours. Critical issues will receive immediate attention.
Improvement Process: All feedback is reviewed regularly by management to identify areas for growth and enhancement.
Signed Agreement: All members must have a signed liability waiver on file before utilizing the facility or services.
Health Considerations: Members must disclose relevant health information and update staff about any changes in health status.
Insurance: Members are advised to maintain appropriate health and accident insurance.
Assumption of Risk: Members acknowledge that physical activity carries inherent risks.
Medical Clearance: We recommend consulting with healthcare providers before beginning any fitness program.
Medical Emergencies: Alert staff immediately in case of injury or medical emergency. If staff are not present, call 911.
First Aid: First aid kits are located at the front desk and in the training area. The AED device is located near the front entrance of the fitness studio on the second floor.
Emergency Exits: Familiarize yourself with emergency exit locations, marked with illuminated signs.
Evacuation Procedure: In case of evacuation, calmly proceed to the nearest exit and gather at the designated meeting point in the parking lot.
Incident Reporting: All injuries or accidents, regardless of severity, should be reported to staff for documentation.
Facility Closures: In cases of severe weather, decisions regarding facility closures will be made with member safety as the priority.
Notifications: Closure information will be communicated via email, text message, social media, and the Twenty2 Fitness website.
Class Cancellations: Weather-related class cancellations will be announced at least 2 hours prior to class time when possible.
Credits: Members will receive appropriate credits for paid services cancelled due to weather conditions.
Personal Discretion: Members should use personal judgment regarding travel during adverse weather conditions.
Studio Events: Participate in studio events and challenges with a positive, supportive attitude.
Member Support: Encourage fellow members in their fitness journeys with respect and kindness.
Knowledge Sharing: Share fitness insights and experiences in a constructive, non-judgmental manner.
Celebrations: Join in celebrating member achievements and milestones as a community.
Ambassador Role: As a member, you represent our community both inside and outside the studio.
Management reserves the right to enforce this code of conduct.
Violations may result in verbal warnings, written warnings, or membership termination, depending on severity.
Twenty2 Fitness has zero tolerance for discriminatory behavior, harassment, or actions that endanger the safety of others.
Members who witness violations are encouraged to report them confidentially to management.
